In case you need it, here’s where you are:

You’re on WPBloggerTools website owned by  MuseMarvelMedia LLC.  This website is about WordPress Blogging tools.  Should you be interested in the PRIVACY POLICY for this site just continue reading.

The simple translation:

This isn’t an online store or a site that sells directly to you but if you do leave comments or send inquiries, personal data is collected. Specifically if you decide to:

  • Leave a comment in the comments section of a post
  • Leave an inquiry via the contact page. That will be sent via Gmail.
  • Subscribe for updates. That will go thru Mailchimp systems

If you need specifics of either Gmail’s privacy policy ( ) or Mailchimp’s privacy policy ( you’re more than welcome to check those out.

No personal data is downloaded from this website although there are backup systems via hosting that do store the website should hosting issues occur.

Here’s the more legal version:

This Privacy Policy is to explain what data may be collected and processed when you visit and use the Site. This Policy is only applicable to this Site, and not to any other websites that you may be able to access from this Site, each of which may have data collection and use practices and policies that differ materially from this Policy.

What information is collected

This hosting provider’s servers automatically recognize visitors’ domain names and IP addresses (the number assigned to computers on the Internet). When you leave comments or inquiries the site data shown in the comments along with the ip address and browser agent is used to detect and prevent spam.

Part of that process stores your comment, name and other info you chose to add in the comment form. When you comment, you’ve given the site permission to store that information and display it on the site. This site doesn’t do anything else with the information. It’s there because you chose to leave a comment.

Additionally, there is anti-spam software that looks at the comment information, ip address and email to determine if there are any matches against a database of known spammer and spammer sites. If the comment matches it won’t be displayed and will be removed to spam. This site uses Antispam Bee, developed in Europe; the software follows GDPR requirements and won’t save private user information.

Gravatar’s shown with include an anonymous hash string associated with your email address and part of the Gravatar process outside of this site. Gravatar has its own privacy policy here>

Should you decide to upload any images to the site (again a very unlikely scenario), you should remove what’s referred to as location data or (EXIF). That can be extracted by anybody deciding to download images on the site.

As mentioned, contact inquiries will use Mailchimp’s service and forward to Gmail for delivery. Policies for both were listed earlier and there’s no need to repeat it.
